An other sweet treat.
Who doesn't like wiped cream?
Now you can enjoy it without a bad conscience, because my wiped cream is low fat and only sweetened with honey.
I hope you know that if you eat sugar and the same calorie amount of honey, the sugar you eat will amass a lot of fat where the honey you consumed want nearly at all.
lets wipe some cream!!

lets wipe some cream!!
Ingredients: (makes two little bowls of wiped cream)
- 5 oz evaporated milk no sugar (use the lowest fast percentage)
- 3/4 tsp gelatin powder
- 2 Tbsp cold water
- *1/3 seeds of one small vanilla bean
- 1/2-1 tsp honey
*If you don't have a vanilla bean you can use vanilla extract.
Method:
- The milk has to be cooled for at least 12h.
- in a small heat proof bowl pour the water over the gelatin powder and let it rest for 5 min.
- Now put the bowl in a pot with water and shimmer until the gelatin is dissolved, put a side. (the water in the pot is not supposed to cover the bowl with the gelatin)
- Pour the milk in a medium bowl and start whisking.
- When the milk starts to foam add a little honey and keep on mixing.
- When your able to draw 8 shapes on your milk add with a slow and steady stream the gelatin wiping constantly. It is important that the gelatin is at room temperature or colder and still liquid.
- Now beat the milk until stiff peaks in between wiping add some more honey to your taste .
If your decorating with the wiped cream do it at once, other ways the cream will stiffen from the gelatin and you can't do much with it.
Keep the wiped cream refrigerated
